I wanted to sit down and write you a letter telling you abut my new home buying experience with your company. My husband and I were both very pleased with the quality and professionalism of your staff and everyone involved in our experience with Best Homes.
I hope that you will continue to do well in your new phases and wish you the best in your future sales. Deborah Moses was absolutely wonderful to us. Her patience, knowledge and great spirit are what kept us together while going through very tough times while trying to get approved for this home. We both knew that our deal would not be an especially easy one, but she kept our faith alive and our spirits up at times when we thought we should just give up. With the great success that Best Homes is having right now, it’s obvious that you must have other sales reps that also posses this same quality. I also wanted to compliment Deborah on her tactfulness and prompt return of all my phone calls, questions and concerns.
The quality of your homes are indeed the best in our area. We looked at several builders’ houses and were not impressed the slightest after already viewing a Best Home. We are truly glad that we chose a Best Home.
